My 35 year long commitment to quality insures that you will receive the finest quality hand blown glass and that it will arrive safely at its destination. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of my work, simply return it for a full refund or replacement. Please return item within 14 days. Return shipping will be paid by customer. 

Handling Time: I make every effort to ship your order within 1 or 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please allow up to 7 days for personalized designs.  

Domestic Shipping: Within the 48 contiguous United States, domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground/insured under normal circumstances. For rates and shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact glassartyst@prochaskagalleries.com. Transit time is dependent upon destination.

International Orders: International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International/insured. Import duties, taxes, and surcharges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to buying to determine what these additional costs will be. Transit time is dependent upon destination and time required for clearing customs.
